I’m Michael Latham — founder, engineer, and proud dad.

I’ve spent two decades building software and leading teams, starting in .NET and moving fully into open source when I launched my own business.

I founded EncodeMK to deliver bespoke software development and dogle.ai to help organizations apply AI responsibly. I care about products that are reliable, practical, and built for real people.

I’ve partnered with teams at BP, Google, and OpenAI, and I’ve shipped SaaS products across multiple industries.

Outside of work, I’m a proud dad to a young boy who is already a mini engineer.
